✅ Test Machine – We start by running the machine to check its current performance, listening for any unusual noises and noting any issues that require attention.
✅ Remove All Covers – All protective covers and guards are carefully removed to provide full access to internal components for inspection and servicing.
✅ Clean Debris from Around Motor – Any grass, dust, or dirt build-up around the motor and moving parts is thoroughly cleaned.
✅ Check Belts/Chains – Drive belts and chains are inspected for wear, tension, and alignment, ensuring reliable power transmission and preventing future breakdowns.
✅ Check Power Cable – The power cable is carefully checked for damage and fraying to guarantee electrical safety.
✅ Sharpen and Set Cylinder – The mower’s cylinder blades are sharpened and adjusted to the correct clearance against the bottom blade, ensuring a precise, clean cut.
✅ Flash Test Machine – After servicing, the machine is electrically tested (PAT tested where applicable) to ensure it is safe to use and functioning correctly.
✅ Test Machine – We start by running the machine to check its performance and identify any issues before carrying out the service.
✅ Remove All Covers – All covers and guards are removed to give full access to the engine and internal components for a thorough inspection.
✅ Wash Off – The machine is fully cleaned to remove grass, mud, and debris, helping prevent corrosion and improving overall performance.
✅ Clean Air Ducts & Cooling Fins – Air ducts and engine cooling fins are cleared of dirt and build-up to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating.
✅ Clean and Check Starter – The starter assembly is cleaned and inspected for wear or damage to guarantee reliable starting.
✅ Check Belts/Chains – Belts and chains are inspected for correct tension, wear, and alignment to maintain smooth and efficient operation.
✅ Remove Carburettor and Fuel Tank for Cleaning – The carburettor and fuel tank are removed, cleaned, and flushed to eliminate dirt, fuel residue, and blockages for consistent fuel delivery and smooth engine performance.
