✅ Replace Spark Plug – The old spark plug is removed and replaced with a new one to ensure reliable ignition, smooth starting, and optimal engine performance.
✅ Replace Air Filter – The air filter is replaced to ensure clean airflow to the engine, improving efficiency, fuel economy, and overall performance.
✅ Replace Fuel Filter – A new fuel filter is fitted to ensure a clean and consistent fuel supply, preventing blockages and protecting the carburettor.
✅ Check & Adjust Engine Revs to OEM Specifications – The engine speed is measured and adjusted to match the manufacturer’s recommended settings, ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth operation.

✅ Check Operation Before Service – The machine is started and run to assess its current performance and identify any operational issues before servicing begins.
✅ Remove Exhaust & Inspect Piston and Barrel – The exhaust is removed to allow a clear inspection of the piston and cylinder barrel for scoring, damage, or signs of excessive wear.
✅ Remove & Strip Down Carburettor – The carburettor is dismantled to inspect internal components and identify any dirt, blockages, or damage.
✅ Pressure Test Carburettor – The carb is pressure tested to ensure fuel and air passages are clear and that it will deliver consistent, reliable performance.
✅ Remove All Cowlings for Cleaning – Engine covers and shrouds are taken off to allow access to internal components and the cooling system for a thorough clean.
✅ Pressure & Vacuum Test Engine for Leaks – The engine is tested for air leaks which could affect starting, power, or fuel efficiency.
✅ Clean Down Machine & Clear Engine Cooling Fins – The machine is cleaned, and all debris is removed from around the engine and cooling fins to prevent overheating and ensure proper airflow.
✅ Refit Carburettor & Clean Out Fuel Tank – The cleaned carb is reassembled and refitted, and the fuel tank is flushed to remove old fuel, dirt, and residue.
✅ Replace Spark Plug, Air Filter & Fuel Filter (If Required) – Worn or dirty components are replaced to ensure smooth starting, clean airflow, and efficient fuel delivery.
✅ Check Gearbox Bottom Bearings for Wear & Grease – Bearings are inspected for wear and lubricated to maintain smooth, reliable operation.
✅ Fill with Fresh Fuel & Run Machine – Fresh fuel is added, and the machine is run to confirm all systems are operating correctly.
✅ Check & Adjust Engine Revs to OEM Specifications – Engine RPM is measured and fine-tuned to the manufacturer’s recommended settings for peak efficiency and performance.
