Check Operation Before Service – The machine is started and run to assess its current performance and identify any issues before replacing filters or making adjustments.

Replace Spark Plug – The old spark plug is removed and replaced with a new one to ensure reliable ignition, smooth starting, and optimal engine performance.

Replace Air Filter – The air filter is replaced to ensure clean airflow to the engine, improving efficiency, fuel economy, and overall performance.

Replace Fuel Filter – A new fuel filter is fitted to ensure a clean and consistent fuel supply, preventing blockages and protecting the carburettor.

Check & Adjust Engine Revs to OEM Specifications – The engine speed is measured and adjusted to match the manufacturer’s recommended settings, ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth operation.

Check Operation Before Service – The machine is started and tested to assess performance and identify any running issues prior to service.

Remove Exhaust & Inspect Piston & Barrel – The exhaust is removed, allowing a clear inspection of the piston and cylinder barrel for scoring, wear, or damage.

Clean Carburettor & Pressure Test – The carb is cleaned and pressure tested to ensure all passages are clear and fuel delivery is consistent.

Remove All Cowlings for Cleaning – Engine shrouds and covers are removed to allow deep cleaning of cooling areas and access to internal components.

Pressure Test & Vacuum Test Engine for Leaks – The engine is tested for any air leaks that could affect performance, fuel delivery, or starting reliability.

 Clean Out Fuel Tank – the fuel tank is flushed to remove old fuel, dirt, or debris.

Replace Spark Plug, Air Filter & Fuel Filter (If Required) – Any worn or dirty components are replaced to ensure smooth starting, clean airflow, and proper fuel filtration.

Refit All Cowlings & Inspect for Damage – All engine covers are reinstalled, and each is checked for damage to maintain protection and airflow.

Check Gearbox Bottom Bearings for Wear & Grease – The gearbox bottom bearings are inspected for wear and lubricated to ensure smooth and reliable operation.

Remove Drive Shaft & Grease if Necessary – The drive shaft is removed, inspected, and greased where required to prevent wear and reduce friction.

Fill with Fresh Fuel & Run Machine – Fresh fuel is added, and the machine is started and run to verify all systems are working correctly.

Check & Adjust Engine Revs to OEM Specifications – Engine speed is fine-tuned to match manufacturer specifications for peak performance and fuel efficiency.
