✅ Check Operation Before Service – The machine is started and run to assess its current performance and identify any issues before replacing filters or making adjustments.

✅ Replace Spark Plug – The old spark plug is removed and replaced with a new one to ensure reliable ignition, smooth starting, and optimal engine performance (If Required).

✅ Replace Air Filter – If unable to clean, The air filter is replaced to ensure clean airflow to the engine, improving efficiency, fuel economy, and overall performance.

✅ Replace Fuel Filter – A new fuel filter is fitted to ensure a clean and consistent fuel supply, preventing blockages and protecting the carburettor (If Required).

✅ Check & Adjust Engine Revs to OEM Specifications – The engine speed is measured and adjusted to match the manufacturer’s recommended settings, ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth operation.

✅ Wash Off Machine – The machine is thoroughly washed to remove dirt, grass, and debris, preventing corrosion and keeping components clean for inspection.

✅ Remove Covers & Check Belts – Covers are removed to inspect belts for wear, cracks, and correct tension, ensuring reliable drive performance.

✅ Remove Tines, Grease & Check for Wear – Tines are removed, cleaned, and greased to prevent friction and checked for wear or damage to maintain efficiency.

✅ Remove Wheel, Clean & Grease Shaft – Wheels are removed, the shafts are cleaned, and fresh grease is applied to ensure smooth rotation and prevent seizing.

✅ Remove Debris Around Gearbox & Check Seals – The gearbox area is cleared of grass and dirt, and seals are inspected to prevent leaks and ensure smooth operation.

✅ Check Gearbox Levels – Gearbox oil levels are inspected and topped up if necessary to maintain proper lubrication and protect against premature wear.

✅ Check & Adjust Cables – All control cables (throttle, drive, and blade engagement) are checked for wear and correctly adjusted for smooth, responsive operation.

✅ Check Tyre Pressure – Tyres are checked and adjusted to the correct pressure for safe operation and even ground contact.

✅ Clean or Renew Air Filter – The air filter is cleaned or replaced to ensure clean airflow, improving engine efficiency and preventing dust damage.
