Check Operation Before Service – The machine is started and tested to evaluate its current performance and identify any faults before the service begins.

Remove Exhaust & Inspect Piston and Barrel – The exhaust is removed to allow for a detailed inspection of the piston and cylinder barrel for any signs of wear, scoring, or damage.

Remove & Strip Down Carburettor and Pressure Test – The carburettor is dismantled, cleaned, and pressure tested to ensure all internal passages are clear for consistent fuel delivery.

Remove All Cowlings for Cleaning – Engine covers and shrouds are taken off to access internal areas, allowing for thorough cleaning of dirt, debris, and grass build-up.

Pressure Test & Vacuum Test Engine for Leaks – The engine is tested for air leaks which could affect performance, starting reliability, or fuel efficiency.

 Clean Out Fuel Tank –the fuel tank is flushed to remove old fuel, residue, or debris to ensure smooth operation.

Replace Spark Plug, Air Filter & Fuel Filter (If Required) – Any worn or dirty filters and the spark plug are replaced to improve ignition, airflow, and fuel cleanliness.

Fill with Fresh Fuel & Run Machine – The tank is filled with fresh fuel, and the machine is run to confirm that all systems are working correctly under load.

Check & Adjust Engine Revs to OEM Specifications – Engine RPM is measured and fine-tuned to the manufacturer’s specifications for optimal power and fuel efficiency.
